All purchases on Prioris.me are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing inquiries, payment processing, and refund requests.
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free Pro trial. No credit card is required. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal in the dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the Free tier after the billing period ends
Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with Prioris.me. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
- After 14 days: Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Annual plans: Pro-rata refunds may be available within the first 30 days
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us at billing@prioris.me with your account email and reason for the refund
- We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we encourage you to contact us first. Chargebacks are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. We are committed to resolving any billing issues directly and promptly.
