1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Prioris.me (“the Service”), an AI-curated intelligence platform for healthcare and aesthetic medicine professionals, operated by PVI (Praktijk voor Injectables), registered in Nijmegen, the Netherlands (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Prioris.me provides AI-curated knowledge briefings, regulatory alerts, market intelligence, and related information services across domains including aesthetic medicine, longevity, regulatory affairs, K-Beauty, and business strategy.

The information provided through the Service is for professional reference purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional judgment.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Expert subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to billing.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute, resell, or republish content without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract data from the Service beyond permitted API usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by PVI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Source materials referenced in briefings remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. In no event shall PVI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
